HOPE-SBH is moving forward with the goal of creating awareness for 70% of the total population through intensive promotion and awareness creating activities in three years time which saves thousands of children’s life through preventive action. On the other hand, there is no service for the children who survived. As a result, they have nowhere to go to get rehabilitation and multidisciplinary care. Our organization’s second move is towards establishing Ethiopian Rehabilitation and Care Center for people living with spina bifida and hydrocephalus. This will save the life of thousands of children that we lose after surgical operation due to absence of holistic multidisciplinary post surgical care.
This event and the production of documentary are big steps towards our goals and we invite you to be part of this great movement which will be a big history of collaboration to make the current situation a history.
